4. Delivery and Collection

7. Liability and Insurance

Belmont Skip Hire endeavors to provide reliable and safe services. However, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of our skips, except where such losses are directly caused by our negligence.

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the placement of the skip does not cause damage to property or pose safety hazards.
Insurance Coverage: We recommend that clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their projects to protect against potential damages or losses.
Damage during Hire: Any damage to the skip during the hire period must be reported immediately. Clients may be held liable for repair or replacement costs if damage is found.

8. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their skip hire reservation under the following conditions:

Cancellation Window: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will incur no charges.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to be present at the time of delivery without prior notice may result in additional charges and the loss of any deposit paid.
